LOGISTICS BUSINESS SYSTEMS APPLICATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue the goal of no harm to people, no leaks and no ethical breaches, Goal Zero. Proactively promote the IOGP Life Saving Rules, Human Performance and Care.
  • Liaise with central IT on new systems acceptance test and implementation of final product to assure the suitability of product for use.
  • Identify and Implement logistics application training needs of user community to ensure optimum use.
  • Provide system support for the Fuel Management System (FMS), First Line Support to Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool Users and creation of Pax in the relevant tools, which includes:
  • Provide general systems support to users on modules already deployed in Trobexis1/MMR, Sharepoint Tool; Fixed Wing/Hotel, Rotary Wing, Personnel on Board (POB), Land Commuting Request (LCR) & Material Movement Request (MMR)
  • Conduct user acceptance tests for new releases and provide support for deployment of tested releases.
  • Train new users/hold refresher trainings for existing users on different modules of Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool etc
  • Create application user account and assign Charge codes in Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool according to company’s manual of authority.
  • Proactively work with stakeholder to modify Charge code assignment in Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool for existing application user accounts when changes occur.
  • Deactivate the application user account in Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool when access to the system is no longer required.
  • Secure approvals during changes to existing Charge code or when new Charge codes are created.
  • Create/update HUET/T, BOSIET/OSP and other required certifications data in the system.
  • Ensure 24/7 running of Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool application including other new systems as may be required.
  • Generate and render reports to stakeholders for purposes of cost management and data analytics e.g on Travels, Hotels, MMRs  on request.
  • Organize and train new users on different modules of deployed systems
  • Manage third party profiles & system data in the Logistics Applications in compliance with the GDPR.
  • Carry out Application Pre-Production test when there is a new release before deploying in Production environment.
  • Fleet Administration (creation and update of new and old inventory in the system for various resources, like vehicles, vessels, Helicopters) in the Logistics system.
  • Support deployment of new Logistics Systems and Process improvement projects.
  • Facilitate provision of IT hardware provision, network and security access for new personnel.
  • Conduct user acceptance tests before go-live, Data loading/data migration, Support to users after go-live/deployment
  • Provide Support to various Logistics Cadence, Improvement Initiatives and focal point in driving records management during the engagements.
  • Coordinate weekly cadence meetings, create new wave cards in the Application, update users’ weekly commitments and actions. Track actions from minutes of Internal and External meetings.
  • Logistics I.T Call Center Support for Trobexis1/MMR Sharepoint Tool and other Logistics Application issues/response to enquiries for the entire business.
  • Provide support to the Logistics Integration Management team to drive top quartile delivery in contracting & operational excellence.
  • Monitor contractor payment for service contracts; monitoring/updating in LATS, Service Entry issuance, vendors’ invoices submission / due dates and payments and presentation during the weekly cadence.
  • Proactively analyse trends on the Dashboard and obtain supporting evidence/reason for any departure from the set target. Use of data analytic tools like Power BI for visualisation.
  • Provide reliable and secure management of high-level Logistics data insights
  • Maintain the Logistics Webpage, SharePoint sites and content.
  • Act as Records Focal Point ensuring records are declared aptly & correctly and in full compliance with Non-Record Disposal (NRD) policy, stored data is in compliance with the GDPR.
  • Ensure timely data entry at the user level for the weekly/monthly dashboard reporting with regular follow up.
  • Support coordination of Logistics Corporate Business Performance Reviews
  • Carry out periodic visit to user teams in order to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Logistics reporting.
  • Proactively support a robust quality focus working relationship between the Logistics team and customers using SLA platform (Management, implementation and Periodic reviews) in order to improve quality of service delivery.

 Experience & Qualification Required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
  • Logistics Systems Support Professionals with relevant Professional Certification

and experience.

  • Professional logistics certification from a recognised body like CILT, CIPS is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge in Logistics Discipline in Oil & Gas environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible or odd hours to support time-sensitive business demands.
  • Good HSE and Continuous Improvement skills
  • Integrated Activity Planning, Scheduling & Integration skills
  • Working knowledge of various statutory regulations applicable to Logistics and Supply Chain Management
