Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue the goal of no harm to people, no leaks and no ethical breaches, “Goal Zero’’ and proactively promote the IOGP Life Saving Rules, Human Performance and Care.
- Schedule all approved requests in the ILS portal application.
- Raise Security escort request/follow up with the security team for proper coordination.
- Confirm requests raised by the Activity owner meets ILS requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of the ILS plan for execution of land transport requests.
- Draft the MOM for the daily YTT meeting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure their support for logistics activities as well as full cost recovery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or related field. Professional logistics certification from a recognised body like CILT, CIPS is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (e.g Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to support emergency response and urgent operational requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible or odd hours to support time-sensitive business demands.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Logistics Discipline in E&P environment with a minimum of 3 years in Logistics operations.
- Good HSE and Journey Management skill.
- Integrated Activity Planning, Scheduling & Integration skills
- Working knowledge of various statutory regulations applicable to Logistics and Supply Chain Management
